Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will give you full control over your email mailboxes and newsletters. With this user-friendly GUI, you can set up a new email account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox to another, set up mail filters, set up auto-reply messages and shield your mailboxes against junk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no unrequested electronic mails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtrating your incoming messages based on specific criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can swiftly create a filter for any of your email box accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one mail account to another, or even to a number of other e-mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox you want to redirect mail messages from, then select the destination mailbox and indicate if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-response message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will take care of everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
