A: The website migration service offered by Logic Empower is completely free of charge and involves transferring all your web files, databases and emails from your current web hosting provider to your new web hosting account with us. We will also modify all the configuration settings required for your websites to be fully functional on our super–modern cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are fully capable of moving any sort of site. With years of work experience in this field, they are experts in the inner workings of our web hosting platform, our Control Panel as well as all other commonly used Control Panels. For them, moving a custom application with plenty of custom libraries is as elementary as moving a plain WordPress–based blog.

A: While we cannot give you an exact ETA, since there are plenty of variables, among them the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the present host’s server, the complexity of your site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we will try our very best to transfer your web site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (if the website content is not very large).

A: We’ll need the login details for your old web hosting provider’s Control Panel as well as the site’s name (domain name).

A: Before we can begin the migration of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share pretty much the same details you have provided to your current host. A: We can transfer your site from any web hosting provider or any Linux–powered hosting platform on condition that we can receive access to the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we cannot transfer are those based on closed–source software apps such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
